57-year-old Lee Hazen Williamson was arrested last Thursday afternoon (apparently again) for allegedly lifting his dress and exposing his genitals to Lake County residents.

“Williamson, who was born in Austria and lists his occupation as “care giver,” was hit with both misdemeanor and felony indecent exposure charges (the latter count stems from his prior conviction for a similar crime)” says the Smoking Gun.

Dat’s a freaky mugshot to say the least.
