A nicely preserved, young—approximately two and a half years old when it died—mammoth was recently discovered in Siberia as part of a BBC/Discovery Channel-funded expedition. The mammoth is believed to be over 10,000 years old and its blonde-red fur and flesh are still there. Pretty incredible if you ask me.
