US congressman claims the government are covering up evidence of aliens
A notable US congressman, Tim Burchett, has shared a shocking warning with the world after insisting that the government is covering up evidence of alien life.
The Republican representative for Tennessee’s second congressional district has refused to keep quiet about his knowledge of the alleged government cover-up of extraterrestrial life.
As per Metro, the congressman has put his foot down and insisted that the ruling forces should finally share what they know about life in space with the world.
“I’ve been briefed by just about every alphabet agency there is, and I’ll just tell you this, if they would release the things that I’ve seen, you would stay up at — you’d be up at night worrying about or — thinking about this stuff,” he said.
He went on ominously, “I will just tell you this, I was briefed two weeks ago on an issue, and it would’ve set the earth on — this country would’ve come unglued, I think, if they had heard all that I’d heard.”
Burchett will be well aware that Donald Trump said that he was likely to release government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life earlier this year.
This came after a shocking admission from the previous President, Barack Obama, who shared publicly that aliens are “real, but I haven’t seen them.”
At that time, Obama also shared, “They’re not being kept in Area 51. There’s no underground facility unless there’s this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the United States.”
However, several months down the line, the files that Trump threatened to share have still not been made public. Burchett has therefore called for greater transparency on the matter.
Notably, Obama also ran back his comments after huge waves of online attention, clarifying in a follow-up statement, “I was trying to stick with the spirit of the speed round, but since it’s gotten attention, let me clarify. Statistically, the universe is so vast that the odds are good there’s life out there.”
Now, Burchett has shown support for whistle-blowers who have insisted that aliens are real despite official messaging.
“There are enough witnesses, enough qualified pilots, astronauts, literally heroes of ours, who have come forward about things, and so I think it’s pretty evident that the government is covering up,” Burchett insisted.
He continued, “And the reason we don’t have any of that information now is a lot of it is so compartmentalised that the people that could connect the dots are long gone.”
