imageYes, THAT Radovan Karadzic, the Serbian politician, poet and accused genocider!

In a tale that will surely go down in the annals of WTF? as one of the weirdest “Where are they now?” stories of all time, Rodavan Karadzic—well we know where he is now, he’s awaiting trial at The Hague—grew a beard and took the alias of Dr. Dragan David Dabi?тİ. Under this name he operated a website offering to treat sexual disorders using what he called Human Quantum Energy. He gave talks on his theories to hundreds of people.

This story is super tweaked:

At the time of his arrest, Dragan Dabi?тİ was fast becoming a minor celebrity in Belgrade. He had his own column in a national magazine. He was a rising star in a Connecticut-based vitamin company. And he was collaborating with a well-known sexologist on a novel form of sperm-rejuvenation therapy.

So after Karadzic was hustled off to The Hague last July to stand trial for war crimes, some knotty questions lingered. I made e-mail contact with Tesanovic, whose antiwar writings became popular in the late ?

Tiny Tim sings and dances to his mutant psychedelia “The Other Side” with an audience of little girls.  I wonder what the kids were thinking?

My husband found this curious poster taped on a telephone pole in Los Angeles. I’m not exactly sure what this fellow wants, other than to meet some fly white, Asian and Latina ladies to help him with “things.” Apparently he likes rapping and playing chess. We at Dangerous Minds wish him the best of luck with his future endeavors.

Update: A savvy Boing Boing commenter points out that the guy’s a) prolific b) known.

I couldn’t find much information on German group New Production Goes to Munich’s 1987 hit “Tippen Ein.”  But, for all you Tim and Eric fans out there, I think you’ll really love this twisted synthpop masterpiece. Genius.

Here’s a link to a live version of “Tippen Ein”
